Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Cinnamon Protein Muffins:

Ingredients (makes 8 muffins)

  • 1 cup C (30g) All Purpose Flour

  • 2 scoops (62g) Protein Powder (cinnamon or churro flavor goes really well)

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/3 C (48g) Swerve Brown Sugar**

  • 2 large Egg

  • 1/3 C Softened Butter

  • 1 single serve container Apple Sauce

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

1) Preheat the over to 350.

2) Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with whisk.

3) Line your muffin tins with a bit of vegetable oil.

4) Spread batter over 8 muffin tins easily.

5) Bake for 16 minutes at 350.
