Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Cinnamon Protein Muffins:
Ingredients (makes 8 muffins)
1 cup C (30g) All Purpose Flour
2 scoops (62g) Protein Powder (cinnamon or churro flavor goes really well)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/3 C (48g) Swerve Brown Sugar**
2 large Egg
1/3 C Softened Butter
1 single serve container Apple Sauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1) Preheat the over to 350.
2) Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with whisk.
3) Line your muffin tins with a bit of vegetable oil.
4) Spread batter over 8 muffin tins easily.
5) Bake for 16 minutes at 350.
